Area 51 Machine Design has provided our team with space to work, as well as mentors to help us in the designing and building of our robot. Based in Calgary, Area 51 specializes in designing and prototyping for a variety of industries, including many projects which are top-secret.

QSine provides our team with a space to build and fabricate our robot, as well as mentors to help us in the welding and fabrication of our robot. At QSine, they use precision fabrication, welding and machining to produce high quality parts and products.

Clear Cut Metal Works Inc.

Ever since the team’s founding, Clear Cut has provided us with their gracious services. If you can imagine it; they can make it! Focusing on water and plasma cutting, they also provide services in machining and assembly.

Calgary Board of Education

Through the Career and Technology Centre, the Calgary Board of Education has provided us with space to meet, build and test our robot. The Career and Technology Centre, situated in the Lord Shaughnessy High School, provides students with career-focused courses and curriculums. Examples of courses provided include: Pre-Engineering, Welding and Fabrication and Media Design.

Schulich Community Robotics Program

The Schulich Community Robotics Program has provided us with not only space to work, and wonderful mentors for our team. They have also provided us with outreach opportunities to help out younger kids interested in robotics.

SolidWorks

Solidworks has provided us with programs for us to use to design and build our robot. They have allowed us to expand our knowledge in computer design and provided us with the opportunity to 3D print and prototype for our robot.
